If a batch tests under 98% purity or under 95% of the labeled quantity at an accredited lab, you get a 100% refund. Not a credit — a refund.
On any single order of 20 boxes or more (bacteriostatic water not counted), pick any vial from your order and have it tested at an accredited lab. Send us the lab report together with the lab’s invoice showing the amount paid, and we reimburse the invoiced testing cost in cash, up to USD 300 per order — whatever the result. Every qualifying order is eligible. On smaller orders, the same reimbursement applies if the result fails our purity guarantee.
Free on orders of USD 500 and above; flat USD 45 below that. Factory-direct, 10–15 days, tracked. No minimum order.
Seized or lost in transit: one free reshipment per order, and larger orders ship in split parcels to cut risk. If the reshipment also fails, the product value is refunded.
