Verify a NOTARY batch

Every vial we ship carries a printed lot number tied to one production batch. Verification takes under a minute — no account, no form.

    Find the lot number

    It is printed on the vial label, e.g. LOT RT4270.

    Send it to us on WhatsApp

    One message with the lot code is enough.

    Get the batch status

    If the third-party report for that batch has been issued, you receive it as a PDF. If testing is still in progress, we tell you so.

Reports are issued per batch and tied to the lot code on your vial — we do not send generic certificates.

If an accredited lab result shows the contents do not match the label, that batch is refunded in full and your testing cost is reimbursed against the lab’s invoice, up to USD 300, whatever the order size. Our terms →
