Built to be tested

Every vial label carries a printed lot number tied to one production batch. No unmarked vials, ever.

Third-party analytical reports are shared against the lot number on your vial once issued. A batch without a published report is stated as exactly that — nothing is inferred.

You or your customers may send any vial to an independent laboratory of your choice. If an accredited result shows the contents do not match the label, that batch is refunded in full and we reimburse your testing cost against the lab’s invoice, up to USD 300 — whatever the order size. On orders of 20 boxes or more, testing is reimbursed whatever the result.

Lyophilized, sealed under inert conditions and stored at −20 °C until dispatch.
